In 2002, I sign a 5-year lease that would "roll-over" & continue until one party wants out. At that time, they must give 6 months notice. My "landlord" has defaulted on numerous points in that lease contract over the past 6 years. I want out w/o any penalty. Do I have a case? Also, I think he is subletting to me w/o consent from his landlord. His space is a restaurant where I rent a back room for my school...
