Pascal rogramming (just answer plz)?

I have started pascal programming (compiled in lazarus) and am quite good.....the thing is i need to know wt to do next...i have fully mastered crappy gaames where pic boxes n on come n disapear on clicks and timers nd stuff....plz help...whats next....how do i make a realreal game ??? heeeeeeeeelp the next step ????
