What are my chances of getting into Cornell???

What are my chances of getting into Cornell?I have a GPA of 3.7-3.8 (unweighted), a SAT of 1860, and a measly ACT score of 24 (which I would redo if that makes the difference; I'm sure I should be able to get a 28-30 at the very least). I am a HS senior, dual-enrolling at the local community college (on the placement test of which I scored perfectly on all categories but one). Any information will be welcome, thank you all!
