I am 17 and pregnant. I will turn 18 on March my boyfriend is 22.I Live in California?

I am 14 weeks pregnant. I want to apply for Medi-cal. But I don't live with my mom, I live with my boyfriend. She doesn't have me as a run away. She kicked me out. I Live in California and want to apply for Minor Consent Services Medi-Cal. I was waiting till I turn 18 witch will be on March 22 (next month) to apply for Medi-Cal but I can't wait that long so I thought to apply for Minor Consent Services Medi-Cal. Will my boyfriend get and trouble even though I turn 18. How would the cops ever find out? I mean I am not going to tell any one how old he is, not until I turn 18. I have not told no one at the clinic his age so how would any one find out? How do I go about apply for Minor Consent Services Medi-Cal. Please help.
