Do you think im sorta y when it comes to skiing?

i live in michigan, but ive never skied in michigan...my dad has skied for about 20 years and he has taken me out west to ski about 5 times in my life...we have been to whistler, jackson hole WY, keystone CO, and snowbasin UT twice. Anyways, ive been thinking about joining the ski club at my school, and when ever i think about it, i imagine me being one of the best ones there...i ski blues and blacks when i ski out west, how do you think i will do compared to others that only ski in michigan?
