Does this outfit sound OK for school?

I'm 16 years old, and I'm now at the age where we don't have to wear uniform for school anymore. Everyone seems to dress up a little, and I've recently got a new outfit and I was wondering if it'd be okay for school. It's a white top with a grey eiffel tower on it, that I wear with tights, a crinkle leather jacket and ankle boots, does this sound okay?
