Dog urinary problem coming back

It sounds like you've done your home work. All the things I would've suggested you already know about. We had a client with a young female yellow lab we spayed, and she had the same issues. Doc put her on Proin or PPA to strenthen her bladder she was 3yr last time I seen her and still had issues. Sorry no help
