Dragon Goby is sick in our saltwater tank, advice?

i didnt know that dragon gobys were full salt fish. brackish yes but i'm not 100% about salt. i'm no expert and i know i'm not giving you the best reference here but the petco in town here sells them as freshwater.....my advice would be to make sure he is a saltwater fish first
