Free birth control in MN?

I know MN has a "4Now" program for qualifying people, and I meet all of the criteria but the only thi g that's questionable for this is that I am in college and I'm originally from NJ but I've lived in MN for 3.5 years going to school here. The first two years I lived with my gma, now I live in an apartment. I meet all of the financial criteria and tge rest of that but I don't know I I'm considered a resident or not, and if not is it impossible for me to get in this program for the free birth control and other services they offer? Do you think I qualify as a resident here? I have a part-time job and what not
