A homeschooling prog. you'd recommend for a kindergartener and 2nd grader?

Am considering homeschooling and am just beginning to research it. It became an option b.c. I don't seem to have many options in sharm el sheikh for our kids schooling. 1/2 the time would be spent in maadi and the other 1/2 in sharm; if need be we could just stay in one spot and that'd be sharm el sheikh if only one area had to be picked. but I only found one english speaking school there, sharm el sheik college + wonder how effective it is compared to the schools in cairo. so the idea of homeschooling came up + I'm really not that organized to do it well, but I'll try + will have help so it is workable. know of any programs that you'd recommend for homeschooling? I'd really like for my kids, ages 5 and 7, to learn arabic. but since they'd be spending most of their time w/ me I doubt that'll happen easily despite being immersed in egyptian culture when we get there. I'm incapable of teaching them arabic (althought their father's a native egyptian speaker + mainly communicates w/ our kids in english unfortunately). I wonder if there's a prog. that incorporates english and arabic lessons in their homeschooling prog? Or maybe such a program is non existant and we just should incorporate an arabic tutor..? Advice?
