How do I tame my red rump parakeet?

I have 2 regular parakeets and today i decided to get a red rump parakeet. My others were fine within a day. But my new one just won't budge. hmm? he bites reallly hard to. I dont know what to do? Also what type of treats should i get for them they only eat millet.
