If you are a Mexican do you need a pport to fly from Juarez, Mexico to La Paz?

Can you tell me what other requirements are needed to board a plane from Juarez to La Paz? Does anyone know how much that trip would cost? Does anyone know what jobs are available in La Paz or Puerto Vallarta for someone from Mexico who speaks good english and spanish?
