IPAD APPS WONT DOWNLOAAD?

Ok this is REALLY URGENT, I have textplus as my texting app, and whenever it wouldnt work, i would delete it and redownload and it would work just fine. BUT now whenever i try to download any apps, itwill just show up white and say waitng.... and when i REBOOT my ipad, the apps just disappear off the screen and when i try to go back to the app store it will do the same waiting thing over and iver. this is SO FRUSTRATING. ANYTHING would help. thank you so much. ps i also have the newest version update if that helps anythingg... :/
