What is difference between PCC pole & PSC poles?

PSC stands for Pre stressed concrete. PCC is Plain Cement Concrete. But they don't make poles with PCC. It should have been RCC - Reinforced Cement Concrete. In the case of RCC the structures is reinforced with steel. The steel takes tension and the concrete compression. In the case of PSC the steel inside is pre stressed in the opposite direction so as to make it take more loads. but that is all possible in this limited space.
