What will Encase forensic software find?

I was recently arrested for burglary, however, both my computers taken. What will Encase discover? I also use a program called Window Washer to clean recent activity. Will that help. I didn't do anything on the computer, I am just nervous that the police will stretch their findings and use anything to lambaste me. Thanks for your help!
