Hate to waste points on a list of stupid answers, but when President Bush leaves office in 2009?

Who will the democrats rile against? My point being quite a bit of the focus of the current political struggle seems to be about President Bush being stupid, inept, or whatever. uming (for this question) another republican gets into the office (not a remote occurrence) will he/she automatically become stupid, inept etc?
