Will a dog show pregnancy symptoms 1 week after mating?

The weekend of Easter my 2 year old female boorder collie tied with my 5 month old male 6 times. This week she's not really wanting to eat her food and she's being pretty lazy just wanting to lay around. She's only eating half of her dogfood. I can't ask my breed mentor if my dog is pregnant bc she would wring my neck. Is this to early to tell from these symptoms? I can't get her spayed so don't suggest that. She's akc and has many titles and my mentor has plans for her and will be deeply upset if she fnds out I let this happen
