People who live in Salt Lake City, Utah: answer please!?

I am moving to SLC, Utah, and i was wondering if someone who lives there could tell me about it. Like, what sports are popular there (besides skiing)? Is there a gymnastics academy there? In the zip code 84124 is there a large mall nearby? I'm moving from Texas. Are there stores like Abercrombie, Aeropostale, & HOllister there? Thanks so much!
